Silver conductive adhesives
E-Solder 3021 and 3025 are silver-bearing, electrically highly conductive two-component adhesives on an epoxy basis. The paste-like consistency allows an easy mixing and applying of both components at a ratio of 1:1 (according to volume or weight). The curing may take place at room temperature or increased temperature.
Dense filling into injections: long storage life and convenient dosage.
Typical applications are lead terminations, ferrite bonding and making circuits and conductive bonds on surface which will not tolerate the elevated temperatures required for fire-on coatings or solders. For instance:
- conglutination of screening foils and plates in radar rooms
- connection between circuit boards and temperature-sensitive components
- fixing of thin wires to glass surfaces
- of sliding contacts to potentiometers
- conductive conglutination onto waveguides; aluminium plates and quartz crystals
- conglutination of microwave components and piezo-electric elements
- the electrically conductive conglutination of transformers, electron shells and housings
Suitable for aerospace objects; applicable on glass, metal, ceramic and many plastics.
